The library has a number of Reference tools which provide information on various careers and possible career choices. Among the most important of these are the Dictionary of Occupational Titles, the Encyclopedia of Carrers and Vocational Guidance, and the 13-volume Career Information Center.
We also have a number of items which give necessary information on colleges and universities, particularly Peterson's Guide to College Admissions, Peterson's Guide to Four-Year Colleges, and the College Blue Book. These items provide academic, financial, geographic, and other information about institutions of higher learning. The library also owns a collection of college videos which provide an introduction to the individual college.
Many colleges and universities also have pages on the World Wide Web. You can also find career and college information on Internet Links.
