Please use this form to let us know how you would like to be contacted for overdue notices and available holds. SAILS is moving to a new text messaging and voice notification system. We've done a lot of analysis and have found that we are wasting far too much paper and printing supplies. Member libraries and the network will also save money and staff time, as well as let you choose the contact method that works best for you.
Telephone call (Automated voice notification) - A recorded voice will leave a message. The message will indicate where the item is being held and how many items are being held but will not give the title of the reserved item or the name of the person for whom it's being held.
Text Message (SMS) - Messages are sent when reserved items are available for pickup and after they are overdue.
Email- Messages are sent when reserved items are available for pickup, before items are due to be returned and after they are overdue. If you choose this method, please be sure that you check your e-mail regularly. You must also configure any spam blocking program to accept messages from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are already receiving email notices, the only change will the addition of overdue notices instead of getting the paper notices in the mail.
