Despite the summer's heat, an enthusiastic crowd
turned out to enjoy pirate songs and stories at the
opening celebration of the library's 2010 summer
reading program, sponsored by Rockland Trust.

Fall River Public Library's Children's Department serves infants through eighth graders with a variety of programs, books, audio books, DVDs and videos, music CDs, book kits, puzzles, toys, pop-up books, magazines, encyclopedias and reference resources.
