Welcome to the web home for the Friends of the Holmes Public Library. The Friends of the Holmes Public Library is a non-profit, volunteer organization. Our mission is to support the Holmes Public Library here in Halifax. One hundred percent of all the funds we raise go directly to the library! Thanks to our members and business partners, we have provided programs, materials, equipment, and support to the Holmes Public Library in Halifax for over twenty years.
