Our Mission
Provide resource sharing, direct & equal access, and meet every patron’s needs, through cooperation, leadership, & technology.
SAILS, Inc. runs and supports the Enterprise Online Catalog and Circulation systems for 66 libraries and branches (44 public libraries, 21 school libraries, and 1 special library) throughout 38 communities in Southeastern Massachusetts.

SAILS is primarily funded through membership fees and receives significant support through the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners (MBLC).
