The Library Trustees and the Friends regularly sponsor programs, demonstrations and concerts of interest. Everyone is welcome and all programs are free. Programs are advertised in the library, on our web events calendar, and in local papers.  Watch for announcements!

Preschool Programs

• Storytime. Preschool Storytime is offered several times per year for children aged 0-5. Registration is required by phone or in person. Groups fill very quickly. If you find you cannot continue to attend a group you have joined, please let the Youth Librarian know. We normally have a waiting list. Bedtime Story Time will be held the first Wednesday of the month at 6:30 PM. Stories are geared to three and up, no registration is needed.
  

Parenting Programs

• The Parenting Collection can be found in front of the Youth Room desk. It contains books, magazines and videos on home teaching, crafts and activities for young children. Notices about book and child-related events are posted on the bulletin board. Monthly schedules of events can also be found at the Youth Librarian's desk.

If special accommodations are needed for any special program, please request at least four weeks in advance.
