Resources in Spanish

You can request books and other materials in Spanish through the iBistro system. On the Search Screen (Home), click on Switch to Advanced Search. If you scroll down to the bottom, you will see a place to limit your material by language. If, for instance, you want fiction in Spanish, you can put fiction in the subject box, adult in the age group box,  and Spanish in the language box. Then click on Search. You can also look for specific authors or non-fiction. Use the category box and select Spanish Fiction or Spanish Nonfiction according to your needs. Some of the box choices don't work very well because different libraries have cataloged books by different terms over the years.

For Internet Resources in Spanish, we recommend Librarian's Index to the Internet.
