MassAnswers is an innovative 'round the clock' virtual reference for Massachusetts residents. Log on to this service at www.massanswers.org Funded with a Library Service and Technology Act (LSTA) federal grant to the Boston Public Library (BPL), the BPL coordinates the service in conjunction with the current nine regional reference centers in Andover, Bridgewater, Falmouth, Fitchburg, New Bedford, Quincy, Springfield, Wellesley and Worcester.

2. enter your library barcode in the user ID box
3. enter the last 4 digits of your telephone number in the PIN box
4. hit the Login button
5. once you are in iBistro, click on the "Online Resources" tab up top
