The Keeley Library has a collection of slides relating to Fall River history and depicting historic views of local interest. Some of these slides have been reproduced on CD-ROMs for easy viewing in the library. A selection of these slides is accessible through the Internet via the links below. Although the list is long, you can use the Find command in your web browser (Ctrl-F in most browsers) to search for specific terms such as "quequechan," "granite," or "borden" to locate appropriate images. For example, searching for "borden" will find images of members of the Borden family as well as pictures of the Borden Mills and the Borden Building which may not be near each other in the list.
Information on some of the people, places, buildings, etc. which are depicted below can be found on the Keeley Library's Full-text Online Books & Articles site.
For those who wish to view the slides in a more leisurely fashion, there are several slide shows available on our Slide Shows page which group the slides by topic.
